All British Standards are typically non-statutory specifications, guides or codes of practice. This means that there is no obligation to follow them, however, in the case of BS 7671 it has been cited in numerous legal cases.

The new C&G 2921-31 qualification has been created to more accurately meet the future requirements of the Electric Vehicle charging industry, establishing the standard that manufacturers, suppliers, and installers must adhere to.

We have recently been advised by City & Guilds that the assessment method has changed and this means that every candidate on the NVQ 2346-03 will require one face-to-face site observation related to Unit 102 – Apply Health, Safety and Environmental Consideration.
